A majority of cells in the CNS showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining which was combined with distinct staining in neuropil. Leydig cells and subsets of cells in exocrine pancreas displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. The prostate showed distinct cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Chondrocytes showed nuclear staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
