Normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Nuclear positivity was observed in adrenocortical cells, respiratory epithelia, trophoblastic cells, smooth muscle cells and thyroid gland. Purkinje cells, exocrine pancreas, decidual cells, stomach and a subset of lymphoid tissue were strongly stained. Glial cells, bile ducts and islets of Langerhans were negative.
