Several cases of testicular seminoma showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Occasional cases of duct carcinoma of breast, colorectal and ovarian cancers exhibited moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative.
