Thyroid cancer along with several cases of melanomas, breast, colorectal, pancreatic, urothelial, prostatic and lung cancers showed weak to moderate membranous and/or cytoplasmic staining with occasional nuclear positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were in general negative.
Colorectal cancers displayed moderate to strong membranous staining. Moderate to strong granular cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity was noted in pancreatic cancers. Majority of stomach, lung and pancreatic cancers showed weak to moderate membranous and/or cytoplasmic positivity. Additional nuclear positivity was noted in few cases of testis and breast cancers. Lymphomas, gliomas, renal, skin and ovarian cancers were generally negative.
