Testicular malignancies showed moderate to strong nuclear positivity. Several colorectal cancers along with a few cases of skin, urothelial and pancreatic cancers displayed moderate staining. Other cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
Strong nuclear staining was observed in testicular cancers. Several urothelial, renal and pancreatic cancers along with a few cases of colorectal, ovarian, cervical, lung and skin cancers exhibited weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear staining. Remaining tumors were mainly negative.
Tumour tissues showed weak to moderate nuclear positivity. Few cases of testicular cancers were distinctly stained. Several cases of gliomas were negative.
