Most cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity combined with nuclear positivity in fractions of cases. A few breast, colorectal, prostate, endometrial and ovarian cancers were strongly stained. Many hepatocellular carcinomas, gliomas, lymphomas, testicular, gastric and pancreatic cancers were weakly stained or negative.
Weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or membranous immunoreactivity was observed in colorectal, thyroid and renal cancers along with few breast, ovarian, urothelial and liver cancers. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or mostly negative.
