Staining summary
HPA055778 Moderate to strong nuclear membranous positivity was observed in cells of the CNS. Adrenal gland, renal tubules and subset of hematopoietic cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Moderate membranous immunoreactivity was observed in intercalated discs in heart. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
HPA058523 Distinct cytoplasmic positivity was observed in bronchus, seminal vesicle and subset of renal tubules. Fallopian tube and endometrial glands showed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Moderate membranous immunoreactivity was displayed in follicle cells. Purkinje cells and neurons in lateral ventricle showed moderate nucleolar staining. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
CAB025157 Normal tissues displayed weak to moderate nuclear staining. Hematopoietic cells, cervical glands and adipocytes were negative.
