Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Squamous epithelial cells of oral mucosa, exocrine glandular cells of pancreas and Leydig cells were strongly stained. Pneumocytes, bile duct cells, cells in islets of Langerhans, cells in seminiferus ducts of testis, glial cells and lymphoid cells were generally negative.

Most of the normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. The liver, pancreatic islets, fallopian tube and cells of CNS except Purkinje cells were negative.
