Most melanomas, gliomas and lymphomas displayed moderate to strong nuclear positivity. Several cases of colorectal, breast and pancreatic cancers were moderately positive in nuclei and cytoplasm. A majority of the remaining cancer tissues showed weak staining or were negative.
