Tumour cells showed weak cytoplasmic positivity or were negative. A few cases of endometrial and ovarian cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity.
Gliomas, hepatocellular and breast cancers exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. A few cases of ovarian, cervical, endometrial, lung cancers and melanoma were moderately stained. Remaining tumour cells were weakly stained or negative.
