Strong granular cytoplasmic expression was observed in the male genital tract, adrenal cortex, breast and gall bladder. The remaining normal tissues generally showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Cells in the CNS were mainly negative.

Weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity, often with a granular pattern, was observed in a majority of the normal cells. Subsets of renal tubules, gall bladder, epididymis and prostate gland were strongly stained. Respiratory and squamous epithelial cells, ovary and most lymphoid tissue were in general negative.
