Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Strong staining was for example observed in the gastric mucosa, small intestine, exocrine pancreas, adrenal cortex and renal tubules. Glial cells and neuronal cells were in general weakly stained or negative.
HPA042091
Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in alveolar macrophages, a subset of hematopoietic cells, smooth and skeletal muscle. The intestine showed distinct positivity in luminal membranes
while a subset of hepatocytes showed moderate nuclear staining. Remaining normal tissues were generally negative.
HPA056001
Most of the normal cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Gastrointestinal tract, renal tubules, Leydig cells and heart myocytes were strongly stained. The liver, breast, prostate and soft tissues were weakly stained or negative.
