Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Strong staining was observed in subsets of cells in the red pulp of spleen and in the small intestine. Bile ducts, cells in glomeruli, smooth and skeletal muscle were negative.
