Distinct cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern was observed in a few cases of several cancers including endometrial, colorectal, breast, and renal carcinomas. Remaining cancer tissues were negative.
Weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in most cancer tissues. Lymphomas were strongly stained. Carcinoids, gliomas, prostate, testicular and liver cancers were mostly negative.
