Most of the normal tissues displayed weak cytoplasmic staining in cases combined with membranous positivity. Strong staining was observed in the small intestine, hepatocytes and ovarian follicles. Blood plasma and adipocytes were distinctly stained. The lung, pancreas, prostate, glial and lymphoid cells were negative.

Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Ovarian follicle cells and seminal vesicle showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. The liver, renal glomeruli and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
