In malignant tissues, strong expression was seen in neuropil of most gliomas. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in some endometrial- and pancreatic cancers. Some melanomas showed nuclear staining in a fraction of the cells. Other tumors were in general weakly stained or negative.
