Staining summary
HPA042122 Normal tissues generally showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Parathyroid, respiratory epithelia and prostate displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Neuronal cells showed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Urothelial cells showed strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Lung, liver, heart and glial cells were weakly stained or negative.
HPA042770 A majority of normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Hepatocytes, thyroid, adrenal gland and Leydig cells were strongly stained. Squamous epithelia, lymphoid tissue, the CNS, breast, prostate, placenta and renal glomeruli were negative.
