Most malignant cells exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity in granular pattern occasionally combined with membranous positivity. Renal, testicular, gastric and pancreatic cancers were negative in several cases.
Weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in most malignancies. A few cases of hepatocellular carcinomas showed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Testicular cancers, malignant gliomas and lymphomas were generally negative.
ARHGEF10L is a member of the RhoGEF family of guanine nucleotide exchange factors (GEFs) that activate Rho GTPases (Winkler et al., 2005 [PubMed 16112081]).[supplied by OMIM, Dec 2008]
