Staining summary
HPA031106 Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in most normal tissues. Intestinal glands showed strong membranous and cytoplasmic staining. Liver, ovary, glial cells and cells of spleen were weakly stained or negative.
HPA031107 A subset of cells in seminiferous ducts showed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Distinct luminal membranous staining was observed in the small intestine. Moderate staining was for example observed in respiratory epithelium, exocrine pancreas, breast and fallopian tubes. Remaining normal tissues were in general weakly stained or negative.
