A distinct membranous staining pattern was observed in a majority of malignant melanomas as well as fractions of testicular cancers and squamous cell carcinomas. Remaining malignant cells were in general negative.
Strong cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity was displayed in several cases of malignant melanoma, malignant glioma and in few cases of breast-, testicular- and ovarian cancer. Remaining malignant tissues were in general negative.
