Staining summary
HPA026549 Pancreatic islet cells showed strong staining cytoplasmic positivity while renal tubules and gallbladder showed strong dot like staining. Hepatocytes, adrenal gland and Leydig cells in testis showed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Heart muscle cells showed moderate staining in cytoplasm and intercalated discs. Remaining normal tissues were negative or weakly stained.
HPA028520 Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in thyroid gland. Hepatocytes, renal tubules and squamous epithelia showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. The remaining normal tissues were mainly negative.
