Cancer tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in urothelial cancer and a few pancreatic, endometrial and breast cancer tissues. Colorectal cancer tissues showed additional membranous staining. Gliomas and many lung cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
