Most malignant cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with occasional membranous positivity. Malignant lymphomas, most cases of malignant melanomas, testicular cancers, renal cell carcinomas and squamous cell carcinomas were negative.
Many cases of colorectal, breast, liver and testis cancers along with a few squamous cell carcinomas, pancreatic and urothelial cancers displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Rare case of malignant melanoma displayed strong nuclear staining. Remaining malignant cells were negative.
