Cancer tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear or membranous positivity. Several cases of prostate cancers along with a few cases of colorectal, endometrial and pancreatic cancers showed strong staining. Several renal cancers were weakly stained or negative.
Colorectal cancers along with a few cases of ovarian cancers showed strong membranous staining. A few cases of duct carcinomas of breast, squamous cell carcinomas of cervix, head and neck cancers along with prostate cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Several cases of melanomas showed weak to moderate nuclear staining. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
