Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. A subset of cells in seminiferus ducts, respiratory epithelia and hepatocytes displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Lung pneumocytes, bile duct cells, islet cells of Langerhans, parathyroid, prostate, adipocytes and the lymphoid tissues were negative.

Seminiferous ducts, exocrine pancreas and renal tubules showed moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear staining. Moderate nuclear positivity was observed in urothelial cells. Most remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
