Cilia in respiratory epithelium of bronchus and fallopian tube showed moderate positivity. Ovarian follicle cells and peripheral nerves displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Purkinje cells, neuropil, trophoblastic cells and a subset of cells in prostate exhibited moderate staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Neurons showed strong immunoreactivity in cellular processes and nucleoli. Subsets of cells in the salivary gland and fractions of cells in the prostate showed distinct cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal tissues were in general negative.
