Staining summary
HPA039988 Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate dot-like nuclear staining with additional cytoplasmic positivity in a few cases. Strong staining was observed in large intestine, renal tubules and placental trophoblasts.
HPA057104 Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate nuclear positivity. Subset of cells in gastrointestinal tract, respiratory epithelium of bronchus, adrenal and vaginal showed strong positivity. Liver, breast and islets of Langerhans were weakly stained or negative.
CAB032328 Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity. Strong immunoreactivity was observed in Hofbauer cells in placenta. The fallopian tubes, glandular cells in uterine cervix and renal glomeruli were in general negative.
