Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in islets of Langerhans in pancreas, adrenal cortical cells and Leydig cells of testis. Gastrointestinal tract, hepatocytes, renal tubules, neuronal cells in CNS, heart myocytes and a subset of cells in seminferous ducts showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Most remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
