Most of the malignant tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Several cases of colorectal cancers and a few cases of ovarian and thyroid cancers exhibited strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity.
Moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity was shown in a majority of malignant cells. Most hepatocellular carcinomas and malignant gliomas were weakly stained or negative.
