Normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Additional nuclear/nuclear membrane staining was observed in molecular layer of cerebellum, colon, squamous epithelia, hepatocytes, skeletal muscle cells and salivary gland. Adrenocortical cells, stomach, thyroid, colon and neuronal cells of cerebral cortex and hippocampus were strongly stained.
