Staining summary

Cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous staining in several tissues. Nuclear staining was observed in thyroid, urothelial, pancreas and liver cancers. A few cases of pancreatic, gastric, breast, prostate, ovary and lung cancer were strongly stained. Most melanomas, malignant lymphomas and skin cancers were negative.

Staining summary

Most cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining and additional nuclear positivity in a few cases. Strong staining was observed in few cases of breast and prostate cancers. Cholangiocarcinomas, colorectal, prostate and pancreatic cancers along with a few cases of ovarian and gastric cancers displayed luminal membranous staining. Several cases of gliomas, testicular, renal, skin and lung cancers were negative.
