Weak to moderate nuclear and/or cytoplasmic positivity was observed in several cases. Mucinous cystadenocarcinomas of the ovary displayed strong nuclear staining. Malignant lymphomas and liver cancers were negative.
Most cancer tissues displayed moderate nuclear and cytoplasmic staining. Colorectal and lung cancers exhibited moderate to strong nuclear immunoreactivity. Malignant melanomas and renal cancers were mainly negative.
