Staining summary
HPA040506 Most normal tissues showed moderate nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity. Respiratory epithelia, fallopian tube and large intestinal glands showed additional membranous staining. Strong nuclear staining was observed in neuronal cells of cerebral cortex. A subset of cells in renal tubules showed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity.
CAB007753 Astrocytes showed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Subsets of cells in lymph node and tonsil displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Leydig cells, stomach, lung macrophages and breast showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
