Staining summary
HPA041231 Moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in normal tissues. Additional membranous staining was seen in adrenal, breast, bronchus, endocervical and endometrial glands, fallopian tube and urinary bladder. Lungs, hepatocytes, islets of Langerhans, glomeruli, CNS tissue and lymphoid tissue were negative.
HPA059883 Normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. The neuronal cells of cerebral cortex, intestinal tract, lung macrophages, exocrine pancreas, thyroid and a subset of germinal center cells displayed strong positivity. Fallopian tube, gall bladder, stomach and urothelial cells displayed additional membranous immunoreactivity.
CAB005016 Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Several tissues including prostate and kidney showed additional nuclear positivity. Strong staining was observed in Langerhans islets, neurons, epididymis and the thyroid gland.
