Staining summary
Renal tubules and hepatocytes showed strong cytoplasmic staining while the parathyroid displayed strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. The gastrointestinal tract, seminiferus duct cells and cardiac myocytes exhibited moderate positivity. Pancreatic islet cells and ciliated cells showed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
