Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in adrenal gland, renal glomeruli, keratinized squamous epithelium, prostate and subsets of glial cells. Additional membranous positivity was observed in a few tissues including prostate and kidney. Hepatocytes, neurons, lymphoid tissues, cardiac and skeletal muscle were generally negative.
