Staining summary
HPA007499 A majority of normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. A few tissues, including gastric mucosa, displayed distinct membranous positivity. Nuclear staining was observed in the gastric mucosa and salivary gland. Strong positivity was displayed in a few cell types, for example pneumocytes and intestinal glandular cells.
CAB012483 Cytoplasmic, membranous and nuclear staining in all tissues and cells at variable levels. Strong positivity was observed in glandular cells of gastrointestinal tract, renal glomeruli, exocrine pancreas and in most of the lymphoid tissues.
