Strong cytoplasmic as well as nuclear positivity was displayed in cells of the CNS, in cells in seminiferus ducts, in lymphoid tissues, in basal layers of squamous epithelia and in cells deep into crypts of the intestinal tract. Most other normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity, except for Leydig cells, Purkinje cells, myocytes and alveolar cells, which were negative.
