Glandular cells in small intestine, few exocrine glands in pancreas, seminal vesicles showed strong dot like granular strong cytoplasmic positivity. Purkinje cells, subset of lymphoid tissues, urothelium, bronchus, stomach, colon, rectum, endometrial glands displayed moderate immunoreactivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Strong nuclear staining was observed in subsets of cells in bone marrow and spleen. Moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining accompanied by nucleolar positivity was seen in respiratory epithelia, squamous epithelia, gastrointestinal glands, renal tubules, Purkinje cells and inflammatory cells. Remaining normal tissues were generally negative.
