Tumour cells generally displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. A few cases of testicular and prostate cancers were strongly stained. Several cases of cholangiocarcinoma, renal and pancreatic cancers were negative.
A majority of cancer tissues exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Additional membranous positivity was seen in several cases of pancreatic, prostate, stomach cancers along with few cases of urothelial and colorectal cancers.
