Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate nuclear positivity and a few tissues with cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was seen in respiratory epithelia, thyroid gland, urothelium, testis and neuronal cells. Lung, liver, glial cells and cells in red pulp of spleen were generally negative.
