Weak to moderate nuclear and/or cytoplasmic positivity was observed in most cancer tissues. Additional membranous staining was observed in few colorectal cancers. Prostate cancers, papillary adenocarcinomas along with few hepatocellular carcinomas, endometrial and urothelial cancers were strongly stained. Several lymphomas and renal cancers were negative.
Most cancer tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Testicular cancers and few head neck cancers showed nuclear staining. Occasional cases of hepatocellular carcinomas displayed strong staining. Lymphomas, several melanomas, gliomas, lung cancers and renal cell carcinomas were negative.
