Leydig cells, bone marrow poietic cells and intercalated ducts in pancreas showed moderate cytoplasmic staining while trophoblasts and salivary gland cells displayed cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Plasma showed weak to moderate positivity. Remaining normal tissues were generally negative.

Most normal cells displayed moderate nuclear positivity. Additional cytoplasmic staining was observed in adrenal gland, breast, fallopian tube, placental trophoblasts, superficial squamous epithelia and heart myocytes. Neuronal cells, liver, pancreatic islets, smooth muscle cells and soft tissues were negative.
