Cancer tissues showed weak to moderate nuclear staining. Few cases of cervix cancers displayed strong positivity. Few cases of thyroid cancers showed moderate nuclear membranous immunoreactivity.
Most cancers showed moderate nuclear positivity. Rare cases of renal cancer showed strong nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity. Several cases of testis cancer and glioma were weakly stained or negative.
Moderate nuclear/nucleolar positivity was observed in most cancer tissues. Several lymphomas were weakly stained.

This protein binds to cruciform and superhelical DNA and induces positive supercoils into closed circular DNA, and is also involved in splice site selection during mRNA processing.
