Staining summary
Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Strong staining was observed in several tissues e.g. the gastrointestinal tract, breast and smooth muscle. Nuclear positivity was observed in neurons. Pancreatic islets, glial cells and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
