Staining summary
Normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear staining. Membranous positivity was observed in gastrointestinal tract, heart muscle cells, prostate, salivary gland and glandular cells of uterus. Fraction of neuronal cells, glandular cells in gall bladder, hepatocytes and Leydig cells were strongly stained. Hematopoietic cells, adipocytes and most cells in skin were negative.
