Most cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic and nucleolar positivity. Cases of testis cancers, duct breast carcinomas, squamous cell carcinomas in skin, stomach, pancreatic and colorectal cancers displayed strong staining.
Seminomas, prostate and thyroid cancers along with several cases of melanomas, gliomas, ovarian, endometrial and breast cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear staining in several cases. Remaining cancers were in general weakly stained or negative.
