Cancer cells generally showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. A few cases showed membranous and nuclear positivity. Squamous cell carcinomas in head and neck displayed strong positivity. Most lymphomas and renal cell carcinomas, a few gliomas, pancreatic and hepatocellular carcinomas were negative.
Moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in most colorectal cancer and cases of lymphomas, skin, stomach and endometrial cancers. Melanomas and ovarian cancers showed moderate positivity. Additional nuclear staining was observed in a few cancer cases. Most of the remaining cancers were weakly stained or negative.
