Most thyroid, breast, colorectal, prostate, liver, pancreatic, endometrial and urothelial generally showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Additional membranous staining was observed in a few cases. The remaining cancers were in general negative.
Moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in squamous cell carcinomas in lung, urothelial, skin and cervical cancers. Remaining cancer cells were in general weakly stained or negative.
