A majority of normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Ciliated cells showed strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity while megakaryocytes and smooth muscle only showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Neuropil and a subset of neuronal cells showed distinct positivity. Liver, prostate, lymphoid tissue and glial cells were generally negative.
